Order Processing Times

Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 3-6 business days.

Peak Periods: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be extended to 4-10 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates - Europe

Standard Shipping:

Flat rate: 40 SAR / 9,75 EUR

Estimated delivery time: 4-12 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Club Ninety 90's is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Club Ninety90 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations due to logistical constraints.
